Shyam is thrilled to bits for he has got the opportunity to play the role of a young YSR in the upcoming film Rajshekar Reddy. As all know this film is being directed by Puri Jagannath and it is shaping up as a tribute to the departed leader.

Shyam has been a lucky actor of late, though this is only his second foray into Telugu films after Kick, he has got a most prestigious project. His earlier film Kick too was a super duper hit.

It is interesting to note here that Puri is choosing multiple characters to play the different life stages of the departed leader. It needs to be seen how this strategy would work!
