Andhracafe.com- The high court has taken some tough decisions after the spate of student violence in the state. It is also concerned about the safety of public property and wants some accountability for the damage done to them.
Students arrested during violence in the Telangana agitation have been asked to pay 1lac rupees to get a bail. The argument that the student is not financially well off to accommodate such an amount did not augur well with the High Court.
The High Court also asked the state government to come-up with guidelines to penalize political parties which indulge in damaging state property. The guidelines are to be submitted by the state government within three weeks. Indeed the High Court is acting tough in this matter!
